At ATBBQ, we stand behind our grilling gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
